God is still in the business of making men, and He always works with a definite plan, a clear road map, and a perfect time frame. The problem is never with the process, but with us humans — we often lack the patience to endure it.
The story of Joseph is one of the clearest illustrations of God’s process at work. His journey was not a straight line to success. Instead, he went from:

the pit, to
-
being sold as a slave, to
-
being wrongly imprisoned, and finally,
-
being promoted to rulership in Egypt.
What looked like delays, betrayals, and setbacks were all part of the divine preparation. By the time Joseph stood before his brothers, who once plotted against him, he was able to declare: “So now it was not you who sent me here, but God” (Genesis 45:8).
✨ Key Lessons from Joseph’s Process:

Preparation before Promotion – Joseph could not be a ruler until he first learned how to obey and serve under others. His slavery and imprisonment trained him in humility, endurance, and responsibility.

God’s Process Leads to Fulfillment – No matter how long it takes, when God is involved, the process will always end in a wealthy place (Psalm 66:12).

True Leadership Comes from Service – Joseph became a “father” in Egypt — not just to Pharaoh, but to his family and even nations during the famine. A true leader is merciful, wise, and dedicated to serving others.

Rulership Requires Discipline – Anyone who is unruly or impatient and forces their way into power will only cause catastrophe. God raises rulers who have been tested and proven through process.
Joseph’s life teaches us that progress is impossible without process. If we submit to God’s refining stages, we avoid unnecessary battles and step into our destiny with strength, wisdom, and grace.

👉 When you allow God’s process, you experience true progress. Shortcuts only delay destiny.
PRAYER:
Heavenly Father, help me not to abort the process You are taking me through. Give me the strength to endure for the benefit of my generation, in Jesus’ Name, Amen.
